SAD BOOTCAMP #5: BLUE MONDAY SPECIAL
Providing you with a new set of survival skills and power moves for 2022 , we are very happy to be hosting our second IRL wellbeing workshop-come-workout, this time at Studio 25 Dance Studio in the heart of the Northern Quarter! We loved meeting you all at Partisan, but our session sold out so we need a bigger space to accomodate all of you beauties <3

SAD BOOTCAMP is a fun and reflective 90 minute fitness and wellbeing session, catered towards those who struggle during the colder months, but open to absolutely everybody. Run by our friend Fiona Ledgard, a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer passionate about making fitness and wellbeing both fun and accessible to all, the session is designed to bolster your mind body and spirit, giving you skills and moves to make you feel powerful!
Fiona will start the session with a 45 minute wellbeing session featuring creative and reflective exercises and goal setting as well as group discussion, followed by a beginner friendly dance work out session to get those endorphins pumping and end on a high! To make the most of the in person meeting, we're booking a table at a Northern Quarter restaurant for a hearty post work out meal! Please select if you'd like to come along to that too so we can make a large enough reservation.
Please note we are having to change venue! We are aiming to confirm this ASAP and will update all attendees accordingly- it will still remain in the city centre.
