Pilates Palette Evening

We’re going to back to see the lovely Nadine at NOLA Pilates and Cafe for a beginner reformer pilates session plus some delicious food in the cafe.

We’ve attended one of NOLA’s palette night’s before and this time the colour will be red, to get us in the festive mood. Wear something red, enjoy your first pilates class and then we will go down to the cafe to indulge in red snacks and food together.
