PUT YOURSELF BACK ON THE LIST™ and join Girl Talk Meetup™ for an afternoon of movement, connection, and intentional wellness.

Kemly of Align with Kemly Pilates will guide us through a Mat Pilates experience designed to help you strengthen your body, improve flexibility, reconnect with yourself, and simply feel good.

Whether Pilates is already part of your routine or this is your first class, you are welcome. Kemly will guide the experience with modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Come ready to move, breathe, connect, and give yourself 90 minutes that are just for you.
