Dathliad Cynhaeaf | Harvest Celebration 2026

We would love you to join us for our annual Harvest Celebration - a chance to gather our community near and far to acknowledge and honour what the land has provided, the fruits of the season and to show you all what we've been up to on the farm this year! Oh, and also have a big knees up with a Twmpath, music and dancing!

This event is a great chance to discover more about what we're up to on the farm, spend time in this unique and beautiful location on the cliffs above Scotts Bay in Llansteffan and to support your local farm and the work that does on here. 

Your ticket includes: 

• Farm Tour - including fun veg trail, a history of Lords Park with Wynford and Glasbren @ Lords Park - 3 years on
• Afternoon workshops & activities - including an Fermentation for Beginners, An Introduction to Seed Saving with Laura from Incredible Seed Library, Caseg Fedi making and Pick Your Own Flower Bunch* 
• Little Stewards activities for children 
• Fun & Games
• Harvest Ceremony & Little Stewards' Performance
• Food from the flames by chef Deri Reed and Cegin Hedyn
• Twmpath! 
• Music and dancing

Why not make a weekend of it? 

Camping is available for the Saturday night, either in our orchard campsite, or our hilltop campsite (photo below) with a view over the three rivers estuary (weather dependent). Camping on Friday and Sunday evenings can also be arranged if you are coming from further afield. Lords Park farm is on the Wales Coast Path, just a short walk on a public footpath from Scotts Bay, a beautiful cove, Llansteffan Castle , St. Anthony's Holy Well and the village of Llansteffan. You can also walk in the footsteps of Dylan Thomas and explore the Taf estuary from the farm too.

Food and refreshments will be available to buy throughout the afternoon, but the main food, from chef Deri Reed and Cegin Hedyn communtiy canteen, will be served from the fire cage around 5pm (this is included in your ticket price). 

How the tickets work 

This year, we are charging for tickets to help cover the costs of the event, and to raise vital funds for the project in what has been a very tough year for farming, with cost of living crisis, the war in Iran and this long drought weighing heavily on us all. This event is partially subsidised by the National Lottery Community Fund, which has allowed us to keep ticket prices lower. Tickets include all of the programme, including food from Deri Reed and Cegin Hedyn. Camping pitches can be added on too. 

We have included a half-price ticket for CSA veg box members and regular Glasbren Volunteers. So if you have been with us as a member throughout 2026, or regularly join us as a volunteer, please do choose one of those. These tickets are limited, so do book quickly! If you can afford to book full price tickets, we'd appreciate if you were able to do that. We have also included a 'Pay-it-forward' fundraiser ticket, for those who may be able to give a bit extra to help support Glasbren's work. 

We really appreciate your support - we'll make sure the programme is rich and full and worth every penny! 

*Pick Your Own Flower Bunch will be charged separately - please do bring a jar or container to take your flowers away in.
