Christmas Wreath Making
Come and join us at Glasbren for a peaceful and creative Christmas wreath-making workshop, celebrating the beauty of winter and the natural materials found in our hedgerows, gardens and surrounding landscape.
Together, we’ll explore the art of making a beautiful, seasonal wreath using locally gathered foliage, dried flowers and other natural materials. Guided by our flower grower Chloë, you’ll learn how to build and shape your own wreath, playing with texture, colour and form to create something unique to take home and enjoy throughout the festive season.
We’ll also gather around the fire to enjoy a lunch from the land, cooked over flames, celebrating the warmth and nourishment of seasonal food. There’ll be mulled wine and warm Glasbren apple juice to keep us cosy as we share good food, conversation and the simple pleasure of being together our cosy community barn.
As the days grow shorter and the land settles into winter, this is a chance to slow down, gather together and find warmth and creativity in the simple act of working with our hands. A little time away from the busyness of Christmas, surrounded by the landscape of Lords Park farm.
Whether you’re coming on your own, with friends or as a special seasonal treat, all experience levels are welcome.
