Rooftop Summer Solstice Pilates + Breathwork

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year - a moment where the light lingers, the sun reaches its peak, and we are invited to pause, reflect and welcome in a new season ✨🌞

For CENTURIES, people have gathered around the solstice as a time of celebration, renewal and connection. It is a chance to honour the energy of summer: warmth, abundance, joy, growth and possibility!

So we are gathering together to do exactly that.

Led by the amazing Natalie Joy - Sacred Pilates, recently returned from Bali, this special session will blend energising Pilates with grounding breathwork to help you reconnect with your body, clear out stagnant energy and step into the new season feeling lighter, brighter and more open.

Expect uplifting movement, intentional breathwork, dreamy tunes and a little bit of solstice magic, all held in a welcoming space where you can arrive solo, meet new pals and leave feeling connected.

After the session, we will slow things down with vegan and gf granola pots, fresh fruit, Bon Accord soft drinks and time to chat, mingle and soak up the morning.

This isn’t just a Pilates and breathwork class. It’s a summer solstice gathering - a chance to move with intention, breathe deeply, meet lovely new ladies and welcome in the lightest season of the year together.

• Afterwards: Vegan and gluten-free granola pots with fruit, Bon Accord soft drinks, good tunes and time to yap
• Weather: This event is weather permitting - i.e. if we end up having a storm it will be cancelled and you will recieve a full refund but lets all HOPE that it is dry and SUNNY!!!
