This workshop is led by Ellie (Ellietype), a Glasgow-based lettering artist whose creative practice spans traditional signwriting, murals, and textile work. Ellie began her signwriting journey in 2013 and has since painted across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Now based in Glasgow, she works from her Bridgeton studio creating public art, fabric banners, murals and community-led projects. Her approach combines technical precision with joyful, expressive creativity — and we’re so excited to have her teaching this session.
