Into Autumn: Saturday Morning Vinyasa Social

A feel-good September weekend social to move, reset and welcome in the new season together.

As summer starts to fade, we are heading to Merchant City Yoga for a vinyasa flow with the amazing Angela Stephen Scott, centred around letting go, grounding and moving into autumn feeling refreshed and energised.

After class, we will have time to hang out, grab an energy ball, soft drink, and have a proper yap before heading off into the rest of our Saturday!

Come with a pal or come on your own, solo ladies are always always welcome (most of our attendees come solo) and this is a lovely low-pressure way to meet new people while doing something good for yourself.

Event Details

Saturday 26th September | Arrive from 9am for a 9:10am start on our mats

📍 Merchant City Yoga, 2nd floor, 49 Virginia St, Glasgow G1 1TS

Mats will be provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer a little extra padding.

Connecting before the event

Once you’ve booked, you’ll have the option to join our event group chat. It’s a lovely way to say hello beforehand, arrange to arrive with someone if you’d feel more comfortable, and keep up with any little event updates. And if you fancy stretching the morning out even longer, you can also use the chat to see who’s up for coffee and pastries afterwards ☕🥐
