Iris Duane for Kelvin and Maryhill Campaign Fundraiser

Join us to celebrate and fundraise for Iris Duane's campaign to get elected as the MSP for Kelvin & Maryhill!

As we enter into the final couple weeks of the campaign, join us for an evening of hearing from Iris and other inspiring speakers fighting for a fairer Glasgow. We'll have reflections on where we're at and how we can win the fight with a politics of hope, alongside performances and DJ sets from some of our dear friends.

From Iris: 'I am a working-class feminist activist, standing in this election to become one of the Glasgow MSPs. As an activist, I have championed issues such as tackling the housing crisis - with rent controls and more social housing. I am also a fierce advocate for public transport to be in public hands, and have supported calls for cheaper trains and buses. 

With the cost of living rising, our government needs to be prepared to make radical changes to support all, as your candidate I will continue to fight for a better, fairer Scotland.'
