Canalside Tunes: The Pepperpot @ Floating Garden

Sun 28 Jun 2026 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Floating Garden, N1 4UR

Celebrate summer on the canal with a boat party ! Join us at the Floating Garden as it opens its doors to The Pepperpot, the collaborative project of DJ Ron and Jumping Jack Frost. This is an open air celebration with music and a bar on a wide beam barge moored right on Regent's canal, a stone's throw from King's Cross and Coal Drops Yard. Party for a good cause as proceeds raised will support youth environmental education programming and urban greening projects by the charity Global Generation.

Expect:

- Incredible tunes: DJs will be spinning all day, with a line-up of genres and selectors guaranteed to make you groove.

- Drinks: The bar will serve a spring botanical cocktail/mocktail, beer and wine

- Food: Stay fueled with Chaneti Eats' signature vegetarian Caribbean cuisine. If you know you know!

About the Space:

The Floating Garden is a barge moored along the Regents Canal near Coal Drops Yard with views of the surrounding area.  There is an indoor space as well as a roof deck and towpath area - this event will take place partially on the boat and on the towpath and it will go ahead rain or shine! There are steps to access all spaces. Please note: there are no toilet facilities available, but there are public toilets a five minute walk away from the venue. Please speak to the team if you have specific accessibility questions.

About the DJs:

DJ Ron & Jumping Jack Frost are the Pepperpot Show. They have curated a selection of amazing selectors to keep you moving from the afternoon all the way through to the evening. Expect Garage, Dub, Lovers Rock, Reggae and everything in between.

DJ Greg Phizacklea - Venue Manager for Earth Hackney and collector of vinyl.
