Our supper club series raises funds for our charity while also bringing together like minded people for a night of connection over food.
Please join us for an amazing evening Friday, June 19, 2026, 6 p.m. at the Paper Garden in support of Global Generation. Come enjoy an evening of drinks, food by chef Johnny Kiernan (ex Rochelle Canteen, St. John, Llewelyn's), and music, all while supporting the charity.

About the Menu & Chef
The evening will centre around a three course meal prepared by chef Johnny Kiernan (ex Rochelle Canteen, St. John, Llewelyns) that features high quality produce and provisions and incorporates open fire cooking. Wine or soft drinks will be served throughout the meal. The menu will have a vegetarian/vegan option and will accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies received by June 5. Please include these for your entire party if you purchase tickets on behalf of someone else.

Chef Johnny Kiernan
A chef with a love for simple, seasonal food and cooking that brings people together. Having spent the past 10 years working in some brilliant kitchens, including St. John and Rochelle Canteen, before most recently heading things up as Head Chef at Lettice Events, where he cooked for everything from intimate gatherings to large scale corporate events and weddings. Now branching out on his own, focusing on freelance work across weddings, parties, and private dining.
"Supper clubs are a chance for me to cook the kind of food I really love to eat – thoughtful, ingredient-led dishes, served in a relaxed, welcoming way."

About the Charity
For over twenty years Global Generation has been changing the local landscape by working with young people, local residents, developers and businesses to create new temporary green spaces for all to enjoy. From the rooftop and school gardens to the plants in skips, your donations enable thousands of people each year to access and connect with nature in the heart of the city. We support young people to see how they can change their local area and the planet as a whole and truly make a difference. This event is a key fundraiser for the charity and the creation of our new permanent educational garden the New Story Garden in Kings Cross, located on the Triangle Site off York Way. Unable to make it? We still welcome your support through our donation page and by sharing this event with your friends and family.

Each year we reach 5000 young people through our programmes and another 5000 benefit from accessing our events and spaces.
Tickets
Tickets are £100 or can be bought as bundles of 2 for £160. Each ticket includes a three course meal prepared by chef Johnny Kiernan (ex Rochelle Canteen, St. John, Llewelyn's) with welcome cocktail and wine included. After the dinner there will be a music and a bar available for those who wish to extend the night.
The Space & Accessibility
Paper Garden is a community garden located between Surrey Quays and Canada Water. Aside from a beautiful green space, it houses the largest cordwood structure in the United Kingdom, a open concept educational and event space. There is a ramp to enter the building and two accessible toilets on site. There are uneven paths throughout the garden area. Please contact jillian@globalgeneration.org.uk directly if you have queries about the event or accessibility inquiries.
