As Israel escalates its attacks on Gaza and Donald Trump makes plans for the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, the rest of the world must do more to stand with Palestinians.

The BDS movement has long called for grassroots organising to pressure states into ending economic complicity in Israel’s atrocity crimes. And Palestinian organisations are pushing for a total global energy embargo against Israel until it ends the genocide and its regime of settler colonial Apartheid.

At the same time, increasing numbers of organisations and MPs are calling for comprehensive sanctions to put pressure on Israel’s war-driven economy - and show that there will be consequences for its crimes.

Sanctions and worker-organised boycotts have worked before, including in the 1980s when economic pressure helped end South Africa’s Apartheid regime.

The International Court of Justice in the Hague has made clear all countries must act to deter genocide and prevent trade relations that support the occupation. Join us to discuss how we build pressure for economic sanctions and a fuel embargo on Israel.
