A Global Spaceport Alliance Virtual Workshop Series for
Spaceport America Cup™ Student Participants

In cooperation with Spaceport America and under the guidance of its Academic Partnership Working Group, the Global Spaceport Alliance will host a series of virtual workshops designed to provide practical workforce readiness instructions to students interested in careers in the space sectors.

There are four workshops planned that will focus on different aspects of building the future space workforce. The series will be officially launched at the annual GSA Spaceport Summit event on January 29th in Orlando, FL, and will be held during the second quarter of 2024. The series will be held on Saturdays to allow maximum student attendance. Attendance will be open to university-level students from across the globe. The session will also be recorded as a future resource.

WORKSHOPS INCLUDE (12:00-1:00 PM Eastern):

• MAY 18, 2024: Resume Building/ Social Media Presence 
• JUNE 1, 2024: Connecting Students to Spaceports and Spaceports to Students 
• JUNE 8, 2024: Entrepreneurship & Business Planning for Start-Ups
• JUNE 15, 2024: Space Career Opportunities Now and In the Future
