Midlands Climate & Sustainability Expo 2026

The Midlands’ premier sustainability event returns to Uttoxeter Racecourse on Friday 25 September 2026.

Now in its fifth year, Midlands Climate Expo brings together businesses, public sector organisations, charities, community groups and sustainability professionals for a full day of networking, learning and practical action.

Building on the success of previous years, the 2026 Expo will offer an even bigger platform to explore climate innovation, sustainable development, net zero, community energy, green skills and the partnerships needed to create a more sustainable future.

What to expect

Keynote speaker and speaker hall
Our 2026 keynote speaker will be announced later in the year, alongside a programme of expert panels, presentations and sector discussions.

Practical workshops
Take part in sessions designed to share useful tools, ideas and insight that you can take back into your organisation.

Large-scale exhibition
Meet organisations offering products, services, support and expertise to help you reduce environmental impact, improve sustainability and connect with others working in this space.

Networking and collaboration
Connect with people from across industry, the public sector, education, health, charities, social enterprises and the wider sustainability sector.

Attendance is free, but spaces are limited. With strong demand expected, we recommend booking your delegate place early.

Early booking is strongly recommended - the early bird rate ends 30 June.

Refreshments and lunch

Hot and cold drinks and sandwiches will be available to purchase on site.  A buffet lunch must be pre-booked when reserving your delegate ticket. Please note that these lunches are non-refundable 30 days before the event.

Registration

Registration will open from 9.30am on the day.

If you are attending workshops or speaker hall sessions, please allow at least 20 minutes to register and make your way to the relevant area.

Important: Non-attendance Fee

Midlands Climate Expo is a not-for-profit event, with funds used to support local projects.  To help reduce wasted spaces, printing and administration costs, we operate a £20 no-show fee for delegates who book a free ticket but do not attend and do not cancel at least 48 hours before the event

GETTING HERE

By Road - Please car share where possible. Free parking on site.

From the North West

M6 to Junction 15, then follow signs for A50 Uttoxeter/Derby

From the North East

M1 to Junction 24a, straight onto the A50 following signs for Uttoxeter/Derby.

From the South and South West

From M5(J4a) or M40 (J3a), join the M42 (J7). Exit M42 at Junction 9 (Lichfield) follow signs for Lichfield and A38 (Burton/Derby). Exit A38 at A50 (Uttoxeter/Stoke). Alternatively; From M5 (J8) or M42 (J7), join M6 (North). Exit at Junction 14 and take A513 to Stafford, then A518 (Uttoxeter).

From the South East

M1 To Junction 23a, the A50 (Uttoxeter/Stoke). Once in Uttoxeter follow the brown signs to Wood Lane and take the second turning on the left signed to Main Entrance and Conference Centre.

By Rail

Uttoxeter Railway station is adjacent to the Racecourse. Most Intercity services run trains to Derby and Stoke on Trent which in turn runs regular connecting trains to Uttoxeter. A direct service also operates from Crewe. For information on trains servicing Uttoxeter Racecourse please visit the East Midlands Trains website or Trainline.

By Bus

If coming by bus, there are a number of bus routes available. The Traveline site is useful for planning your bus journey.
