Our live online antenatal sessions with local midwives are a great place to learn, ask questions and feel more confident about your baby's birth.

During the sessions you'll:

✨ explore options and support available to you
✨ practice simple breathing and massage techniques
✨ see how your baby moves and adapts during birth
