Rise, Flow & Glow (Pilates at Sea)

Rise, Flow & Glow is a two-hour Pilates retreat at sea, created in collaboration with Rise Pilates Studio.

This immersive experience includes two curated classes — a signature Rise Pilates class, hosted by Rise’s instructors, followed by a calming sound healing session designed to restore and rebalance.

Set against the open water, guests will enjoy intentional movement, a relaxed, beautifully curated atmosphere, and space to fully switch off. A coffee and matcha bar will be available throughout, and every guest will receive a curated goodie bag to take home.
