This month brings the Summer Solstice ☀️
The longest day of the year.
A moment to pause and appreciate what the light has made possible.
☀️ The warmth of the sun
🌸 The colours of summer
🐦 The birdsong
🌅 The long evenings
🍓 The seasonal abundance that sunlight makes possible
And perhaps a moment to reflect on what has flourished within you since the darker months.

In a season where we may be inclined to stay busy, make the most of the daylight, and fill every moment, these Solstice Sound Meditations offer a gentle reminder to slow down.
To reflect.
To notice.
To appreciate.
To savour the season we're in.

Have you ever not wanted to leave a sound bath? Wishing to stay and drift for longer?
These sessions invite you to stay for a second sound bath, affording you more time to switch off, rest, and perhaps drift a little deeper towards that still space where time fades, awareness expands, and you feel at one with nature, the elements, and the wider universe.
☀️🍃🎶💚

This evening offers two different kinds of sound bath, each designed to help you shift your energy.
The first session is a grounding Gong & Sound Journey with steady, wave-like vibrations from gongs that help you release and ease into a relaxed cognitive and physical state.
The second session honours the Himalayan Brainwave Bowls, whose monaural (binaural-like) tones guide your brainwaves into a slower rhythm
✨
🚀 Gong & Sound Journey: 530-645
A deeper sound journey facilitated by 3 powerful gongs, each with own character, vibration and range of frequencies, along with other sound healing instruments, including an ocean drum, koshi chimes, rain pillar, meditation flow chimes, wah pipe, shell chimes and chakapa.
🎶 Himalayan Brainwave Bowl Meditation Class: 700-745 These singing bowls were hand picked across Nepal for their specific frequencies, which create ethereal binaural tones when played together in certain combinations. These dreamy binaural tones cause your brainwaves to vibrate slower and shift towards a relaxing meditative state
🎟 Tickets can be bought for one class, or as a combination

Gong Sound Journey 🔻
Every Gong Sound Journey is different and a very personal experience depending on where you are on your personal journey through life.
You don't need to know how to meditate or focus on being mindful and present as the Gongs can quickly transport you to a meditative state for deeper relaxation

Distracted by the depth of resonance, sounds and vibrations our busy minds succumb to the varying frequencies as our internal chatter or rumination thoughts can quickly move towards a dreamy state, where we journey through the sounds.
Some people report seeing vivid colour or patters, some feel a light or floating feeling , others relaxed and heavy. Whatever your personal experience, you may well let go of your daily stresses and anxieties, and leave the session feeling tranquil and relaxed.

Himalayan Brainwave Bowl Class 🔻
- Experience the dreamy sounds of the Himalayan Brainwave Singing Bowls
- These bowls have been carefully selected to include closely matched frequencies that create oscillating binaural tones when certain bowls are combined
- As a result our busy brains slow down their vibrating frequencies through a process classed Brainwave Entrainment from a busy Beta Brainwave state, through a more dreamy and creative Alpha Brainwave state, towards a deeper subconscious Theta Brainwave state, which is associated with REM sleep, hypnosis and meditation.
