This month brings the Summer Solstice ☀️
The longest day of the year.
A moment to pause and appreciate what the light has made possible.
☀️ The warmth of the sun
🌸 The colours of summer
🐦 The birdsong
🌅 The long evenings
🍓 The seasonal abundance that sunlight makes possible
And perhaps a moment to reflect on what has flourished within you since the darker months. What personal growth, insights, relationships, passions, or changes have emerged since winter's quieter, more inward season?

In a season where we may be inclined to stay busy, make the most of the daylight, and fill every moment, this Solstice Sound Meditation offers a gentle reminder to slow down.
To reflect.
To notice.
To appreciate.
To savour the season we're in.

Have you ever wished a sound bath could last a little longer?
This extended 2-hour session offers more time to switch off, rest, and perhaps drift a little deeper towards that still space where time fades, awareness expands, and you feel at one with nature, the elements, and the wider universe.
☀️🍃🎶💚
✨ Have you ever quietly craved staying for longer at a sound bath? Not wanting to leave as your body and mind have had a chance to switch off, rest, restore and heal?

Who is this for? If you're curious or never heard of a Sound Bath before, you are especially welcome. if you're trying mindfulness or meditation to help you relax and maintain presence, then this is for you. If you love a Sound Bath..come and see what our sound journey is all about✨🤩
Session Duration:
2hrs
Space: Clyro Village Hall
Restrictions: See contraindications and special considerations below before buying your ticket
Age: Not suitable for children under 14, children 15-16 to be accompanied by a guardian
The 2hr sound bath combines elements of our 2 different kinds of sound bath in one continuous uninterrupted class....
🎶 Himalayan Brainwave Bowl Meditation: These singing bowls were hand picked across Nepal for their specific frequencies, which create ethereal binaural tones when played together in certain combinations and cause your brainwaves to vibrate slower and shift towards a relaxing meditative state.
🚀 Gong & Sound Journey: Facilitated by 3 powerful gongs, each with own character, vibration and range of frequencies, along with other sound healing instruments, including an ocean drum, koshi chimes, shall chimes, meditation flow chimes, rain pillar and chakapa
Often people report feeling deeply relaxed, subsequently sleeping better than they have for a while, whilst others leave feeling energised and full of vigour. Some also say that aches, pains or traumas are eased as their body and mind let go.
Whatever your personal experience, you may well let go of your daily stresses and anxieties, and leave the session feeling tranquil and relaxed.
