Penwythnos Cymraeg a Lles I Ddysgwyr
Welsh & Wellness Weekend for Learners
🌿Cymraeg | Natur | Lles | Cysylltiad🌿
A relaxed weekend of Welsh language practice, nature connection and wellbeing hosted by Bethan and Geraint in the tranquil and peaceful Hilton Court Gardens, in the heart of Pembrokeshire.
Mae'r penwythnos hwn yn ymwneud â chysylltiad | This weekend is about connection:
💚 Cysylltiad â'r Gymraeg | Connection to the Welsh language
🌿 Cysylltiad â Natur | Connection to nature
✨ Cysylltiad â Chi'ch Hun | Connection to yourself
🤝 Cysylltiad ag Eraill | Connection to others

Cwrdd a Geraint & Bethan

💆 Lles | 🌿 Triniaethau | 💚 Gofal | ✨ Ymlacio
Bethan Owen, a fellow Welsh learner, is a clinical holistic therapist, based in Cardiff where she specialises in a mix of modalities including Massage, reflexology and aromatherapy.
As well as her private practice, Bethan has been part of Velindre and Aneurin Bevan Health Board Specialist Palliative Care teams.

🌿 Natur | 🎶 Sain | 🧘 Ymlacio ac adfer 💚 Lles
Geraint Thomas is a native Welsh speaker who's settled in Pembrokeshire following a period of stress and burnout in his corporate heyday.
He retrained and found his calling as a Wellbeing Practitioner with G Nature & Wellbeing, hosting events across South and Mid Wales.
He now helps others find their calm, restorative still space through meditation and mindfulness based practices with sound and nature.

🗣️ Ymarfer Cymraeg | 🤝 Dysgu gyda'n Gilydd
Geraint and Bethan will be joined by a small team of Welsh learners and native speakers who will help with fun Welsh conversation and hosting sessions.
The aim of this weekend is simple: to create a friendly, supportive space where Welsh learners can spend time together, build confidence and enjoy using the language in a natural way.
🚫 No classroom.
🚫 No pressure.
🚫 No judgement.
😊 Hyder dros Berffeithrwydd | 💚 Croeso Cynnes i Bawb
Whether you're a complete beginner, returning to the language, or already using Welsh regularly, you'll be warmly welcomed.
This weekend celebrates conversation over perfection. Wenglish is welcome. Mistakes are welcome. Curiosity is welcome.
