The aim of Nature Vibrations Wellness Day is to hold space for you to relax, restore and reset in tranquil surroundings as you partake in our nature and wellbeing based activities 🌱🌿🌳💚

Venue: Hilton Court Gardens, Roch, Pembrokeshire
This is a pretty special location with gorgeous private landscaped gardens containing a lake, woodland, quirky wooden cabins and huts and a fantastic botanic glass tropical dome.
Hilton Court was a favourite spot for many a visitor, family and local when it was open to the public, however, other than a limited number of camping pitches, we have the gardens to ourselves which will minimise distractions and help you to really switch off from life's daily stressors and surrender to nature

Welcome Talk - Introduction to Shinrin-Yoku aka Forest Bathing- Learn about it's origin, background, scientific research and the physiological and psychological health benefits reported with Shinrin-Yoku across the globe
Shinrin-Yoku Class - Partake in a series ‘invitations’ to engage with each of your senses. These ‘invitations’ or mindfulness based activities can be done sat or lying down, standing or moving at a slow considered pace.
The core principle of Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing is that you are present and in the moment and not distracted by technology, conversations or everyday stresses of daily life.

More than simply a walk in the woods, the practice of Shinrin-Yoku adopts principles of mindfulness and entails slowing down and applying an acute focus on what’s around us through a series of sensory invitations.
The swell of scientific data globally supporting Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing is very compelling, just some of the positive health benefits include a reduction in blood pressure, reduction in heart rate, reduction of stress, anxiety and a boost to immunity.

Gong & Sound Journey
Every Gong Sound Journey is different and a very personal experience depending on where you are on your personal journey through life.
You don't need to know how to meditate or focus on being mindful and present as the Gongs can quickly transport you to a meditative state for deeper relaxation
Distracted by the depth of resonance, sounds and vibrations our busy minds succumb to the varying frequencies as our internal chatter or rumination thoughts can quickly move towards a dreamy state, where we journey through the sounds.

Some people report seeing vivid colour or patters, some feel a light or floating feeling , others relaxed and heavy. Whatever your personal experience, you may well let go of your daily stresses and anxieties, and leave the session feeling tranquil and relaxed.

- Experience the dreamy sounds of the Himalayan Sound Bowls as they reverberate across the Tropical Sound Dome.
- These bowls have been carefully selected to include closely matched frequencies that create Binaural Beats when certain bowls are combined
- As a result our busy brains slow down their vibrating frequencies through a process classed Brainwave Entrainment from a busy Beta Brainwave state, through a more dreamy and creative Alpha Brainwave state, towards a deeper subconscious Theta Brainwave state, which is associated with REM sleep, hypnosis and meditation.
To get the most benefit from a Sound Bath as we let go and journey we should aim to be as comfortable as we can.
It's good to keep snug, comfortable and warm whilst lying on the concrete paving floor for this extended period of time outdoors, as when we relax into a deeper rest and digest state during the Gong Sound Bath our heart rate and body temperature lowers.
