FAQ'S

• Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
  Yes, please!  We have a limited number of mats at the brewery, but feel you'd be most comfortable using your own.
  
  
• Should I bring anything else?
  Since this is a restorative session, we will do a meditation at the end of class.  Feel free to bring a blanket or anything you need to get extra comfortable as we wind down the end of class. 
  
  
• What is the age limit?
  The class is open to all ages, but anyone that is participating will need to purchase a ticket.  Recommend ages would be 13 and up, but know most participants will be over 21.
