Neighborhood Barre with NB Oswego

Our friends at Oswego's Neighborhood Barre studio are bringing their class to the taproom. Join us for an all body workout. This class is a 50 minute class that provides small isometric movements to help tone and sculpt while being low impact.

About Neighborhood Barre:
The NEIGHBORHOOD barre® workout is suitable for both male and female patrons and can be performed by a wide range of ages. It can be used as either a primary fitness program or as a complement to an existing program. The studio is located on Route 34 in Oswego in the same strip as Tuffy Auto Service Center (1559 Route – 34, Unit 1563, Oswego IL 60543) but is presenting this special class in the Go Brewing Taproom!
