Our beloved Devon retreat is back this September at the charming Roundhouse – the perfect spot to soak up crisp blue-sky mornings and the sweeping beauty of the Devon countryside.

This retreat is tailored for makers of all kinds – whether you knit, crochet, sew, or spin. If your creativity flows through your hands (or your sewing machine!), you’ll feel right at home here.

Picture uninterrupted days spent immersed in your favourite textile crafts, surrounded by stunning views, supportive hosts, and a warm community of like-minded creatives. You’ll be nourished with delicious meals and supported by your host Saj, an experienced maker herself,  who is here to help make your retreat everything you dream of.

The Roundhouse itself is a stunning timber-framed barn conversion with eight ensuite bedrooms and this year we add on an extra room with the Hay Barn  so we can accommodate up to a max of 14 guests. The space blends modern comfort with rustic charm, featuring underfloor heating and a woodburner to keep things cosy in the evenings.

Nestled among rolling hills, the property also boasts a 12-metre heated indoor pool and a games room – perfect for a little extra relaxation between projects
