How does it work?

Basically just  like a table top sale. You book a table in advance for £15, receive a pack of flyers in the post to hand out and publicise the event, turn up at 9am, set up, doors open at 10am. Sell your stash!

if you are a buyer, you simply turn up on the day, pay £2 to enter and replenish your stash! Enjoy the cafe and stay for lunch

What can I sell? 

The following items can be sold: wool, yarn, fibre, fleece, fabric, haberdashery, beads, patterns, craft books, kits, cross stitch and tapestry materials, tools and notions. You may also sells a few items for non textile crafting such as paper crafts etc., but please remember this is primarily for textile crafts and that is primarily what buyers will want.

I'm a business, can I sell there?

We have a small number of tables reserved for businesses. These cost £25 instead of £15 for individuals. Please note you can only sell craft items as above.

Is there a cafe?
We have a lovely cafe selling hot drinks, delicious cakes and light lunches

Can I cancel my table? Can I get a refund?

With regret, we have decided that due to the vast amount of admin it creates, we will no longer roll over table booking in the event of illness or change of plans. To continue doing this would mean raising the prices of the table and/or the entry and we don't want to do this. Please note you are welcome to pass your table booking to a friend as long as they sell within the guidelines above.  Thanks for your understanding.

Seller hints and tips
Club together with friends to share a table...you can also put a single layer of baskets or boxes in front of your table.
Keep it reasonable and it will sell really well - remember people love a bargain!
Sellers may not leave until the end of the event at 2pm unless previously arranged with the organisers.
