The ultimate autumn reset is here! Join us for a cozy, evening thermal reset & social designed to help you relax, recharge, and connect with like-minded girls 🪵🫧🎀🧖🏽‍♀️

What to expect:

Hour 1 | Thermal Reset: A relaxed sauna and cold plunge session set to high-vibe ambient music. Move between the heat and the ice at your own pace.

Hour 2 | Fireside Social: Towel off, cozy up around the fire, and connect. We’re bringing marshmallow roasting, hot cocoa, herbal tea, and light conversation cards to break the ice!

Good to know:

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early (6:15 PM) to get

checked in and changed!

Arrival Tip: Many girls prefer wearing swimwear under their clothes for

a super quick change at the sauna.

Facilities: We’ll be using the Lost Shore facilities (changing rooms, hot showers, free lockers & hairdryers) right next to the sauna space.

What to bring:

2 Towels (one to sit on inside the sauna, one to dry off)

A water bottle to stay hydrated

Flip-flops / slides (the path between changing rooms & sauna

can be chilly and stony!)

A dry robe, cozy oversized hoodie, or warm coat for walking back to the changing rooms.
