TRANSOESOPHAGEAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY: A CLINICAL COURSE

This new two day course is aimed at members of the Heart Team involved in transoesophageal echocardiography.

The course programme will focus on clinical topics and will support delegates to understand underlying anatomy and physiology of structural heart disease moving from basic to more complex transoesophageal echocardiography. There will be a mixture of lecture based teaching, simulation for hands-on practice, workstations for post-processing, and a variety of vendor platforms to explore.

6 British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) reaccreditation points awarded.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) points applied for.
