Soul Flight- The Art of Shamanic Journeying

For thousands of years, shamans, sadhus and medicine women/ men have experienced and honed the art of soul flight: a journey to spirit An inner art of  journeying to non ordinary states of reality to receive information or direct revelation that can assist us in; all and any areas of our lives and development. 
Core Shamanism is the teaching of key practises of indigenous tribes across the globe.
We will explore the Shaman’s map,  learn ways of inducing dream state , imbibe the power of intention and take our first journey’s to meet a power animal ally Using the the drum beat to carry us through each journey

This technique offers direct answers and revelations , it cuts out the middle men and works with your own cosmology- whatever form that takes.  A teacher once told me ‘the greatest gift you can give anyone after the gift of life, is the gift of the journey’ 

Please bring:

⭐️Cushion/blanket

⭐️A note pad and pen. 

⭐️a rattle or drum if you have them 

🌟an object that is sacred to you to place on the altar  

❤️an open heart

Teas and healthy snacks will be available

Her  journey into relationship with spirit began when she was a child resulting in a search that began in India at 18. The discovery of shamanic practices 10 years ago   led to a three year training in Core Shamanism and Women’s Practices using the female body as the shamanic tool.  as well as other shamanic modalities

Park on Alverton road or at The Pirate Inn *** there is no parking on Ivy Lane.

Walk down Ivy lane and you will see three terraced houses on the left and then a high hedge and the next driveway is the entrance to The Hive. The house has wooden cladding.

Walk along the path to the front door. Open the door, leave your shoes and worries by the door and come up the stairs and turn right.
