My Stories and Me-Navigating Relationship
My Stories and Me- Navigating Relationship with Maria Stay
For the 16 days of Activism, I was asked to offer a workshop or event.
We all have an intricate story of life, love, loss and learning.
This is a part of my story through the healing of intimate relationship, conscious choices, nervous system regulation and community.
The dance through all emotions, empowerment, boundaries, forgiveness, belonging and responsibility.
I worked at West Cornwall Women’s Aid refuge for 12 years so have encountered many stories of Women, Young People and Children and also men through my Psychotherapy practise.
The intricate understanding of relational dynamics is tender and takes time to reveal and blossom.
In my experience, Community holds a key part in this exploration.
We will be working with relaxation, breath and gentle movement
