GoodShip* AI Activator Start Up Impact Demo Session in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University

We would like to invite you to the next chapter of Goodship’s AI Activator, delivered in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University hosted at Barclays Eagle Lab Liverpool at Avenue HQ, Mann Island.

Following our first cohort, we’re hosting a second demo session focused on startups and impact within the Liverpool City Region ecosystem.

In this phase of the Activator, we’re exploring how AI can support early-stage and growing ventures by equipping them with data-driven insight and pairing them with dedicated squads of interns. Working alongside Goodship, these teams will deliver focused, high-impact outputs over a short, intensive period.

This cohort will be made up of a diverse mix of soon-to-be graduates from across Liverpool John Moores University, bringing together disciplines including computer science, criminology, psychology, and marketing. This breadth of perspectives is a core strength of the programme, creating a dynamic working environment and enabling more creative, well-rounded approaches to problem-solving and impact.

Alongside delivering project work, the programme is designed to help graduates explore pathways into the region’s startup and impact sector ecosystem, opening up opportunities for placements, employment, and collaboration.

This demo session will showcase how the Activator model can be applied to support startups, demonstrating early outcomes and practical use cases from the work delivered.
