Please come and join me for an hour of sound and vibrational healing at Ditchling Village Hall.

I have been running sessions across Sussex since 2018 and have 5 beautiful gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and grounding instruments that will guide you on a journey with sound.

Gongs are very powerful healing instruments and have been used for healing and in ceremonies for thousands of years. During the session you will be bathed in soothing sounds, vibrations and frequencies, while receiving a sonic massage through every cell in your body.

Gongs can help you to experience better sleep, reduce the feelings of anxiety and depression, help to reset the body and mind, increase feelings of relaxation, increase energy and help to shift stuck energy blockages and improve your overall sense of well being.

There are 25 spaces available per session and I look forward to welcoming you along.

Spaces are available for £15 plus booking fee (for Earlybird tickets) or £18.50 plus booking fee (for General tickets). There are a small number of concession tickets available at £12.50 plus booking fee for those who want to attend but are on a low income/benefits.

What to bring to a Sound Journey

These are guidelines for what to bring with you to a gong bath to make sure you are warm and comfortable. During these colder months it is recommended to bring thick blankets or a sleeping bag as your body temperature will drop during the session as your heart rate and blood pressure drop as you relax.

Before the session I would recommend avoiding eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol

  • Wear loose comfortable warm clothes
  • Bring a yoga mat or a folding exercise mat to lay on the floor and a blanket to cover (Inflatable mattresses are OK as long as they don't make any noise when you move on them)
  • You will want warm blankets or a sleeping bag to cover your whole body (for winter I recommend a blanket on your mat and one to cover you.
  • An Eye mask is recommended to shut out outside light as this helps deepen the relaxation (Click here to buy)
  • If you need a pillow or support for under your knees please bring those with you
  • Water - It is recommended to be well hydrated before and after the session
  • What ever you bring to put underneath and on top of you, please make sure it does not make noise or rustle if you move about on it, as this can be very distracting for others during the session.
