2026 PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARDS DINNER NOW ON SALE

The Vikings will return to the stunning surroundings of Cave Castle Hotel in South Cave for one of the biggest nights in the Vikings calendar - the annual Player of the Year Awards dinner.

The Vikings will once again come together for a special evening of celebration, reflection and recognition - this time marking the conclusion of our first-ever season in the Betfred Championship, during Goole’s historic bicentenary year.

Our friends at Carlsberg will once again support the event as Title Sponsors, helping us deliver a memorable night for players, staff, directors, sponsors, supporters and volunteers from across the Vikings family.

The evening will begin with a welcome reception in the piano lounge, where guests will receive a welcome drink and have the opportunity to meet, mingle and chat with Vikings players, staff and directors in a relaxed setting - with access to a private bar and sun terrace.

Guests will then take their seats for a two-course meal, before the spotlight turns to the achievements and contributions that have helped shape another landmark chapter in the club’s short but remarkable history.

Across the evening, eight awards and special commendations will recognise excellence both on and off the field, including:

• Player of the Year Award

• Players’ Player of the Year Award

• Supporters’ Player of the Year Award

• Rising Star Award

• Clubman of the Year Award

• Volunteer of the Year Award

• Try of the Season

• Vikings Commendations

From the standout performers on the pitch to the people whose commitment, dedication and contribution behind the scenes help drive the club forward, the evening will celebrate the many individuals who have played their part in the Vikings’ 2026 campaign.

And once the formalities are complete, the celebrations will continue with a late-night dance and disco for those who want to carry on the party into the evening.

Individual places are available for £60 per person, inclusive of VAT.

A table of 10 is available for £550, inclusive of VAT.

VIP Award Sponsorship Tables – £850 inc. VAT

Businesses, partners and groups can enjoy the evening in style with a VIP table of ten for £850, inclusive of VAT.

Each VIP table also includes sponsorship of one of the evening’s coveted awards, providing a unique opportunity to align your business or organisation with one of the biggest moments of the night.

VIP award sponsors will also receive the opportunity to present their sponsored award on stage to the winning player or recipient, as well as online coverage across the club’s media channels.

Standalone sponsorship opportunities are also available from £300 + VAT, offering businesses the chance to associate their brand with one of the evening’s prestigious awards and support a landmark celebration in the club’s history.
