Go On So - Acting Studio

We're a small, independent acting studio in Donnybrook Commercial Centre near Douglas: bright, no-frills and with a kettle that's nearly always on. No mirrors, because nobody needs to watch themselves being brave!

Our classes are kept small, so everyone gets to work and nobody gets lost at the back. There's no audition to get in, no showcase you didn't ask for and no sitting around waiting an hour for your turn.

Our beginner classes assume you've done nothing since the school nativity. Our more advanced classes assume you've already got something to build on. Either way, you'll get proper acting training in a relaxed, supportive and inclusive room where it's completely fine to get things wrong. We don't need you to be perfect, or even good. We just need you to give it a go.

We teach adults only — complete beginners, improvers, returning actors and the occasional pro. But mostly, we're here for people who've always thought, I'd love to try that.

Come in and give it a go!
