Devotional Practices to Mary Magdalene. An evening of sacred chant, prayer and meditation in the wonderful setting of St Margaret's chapel aka The Magdalene Chapel, Glastonbury. We will sing three different Mary Magdalene chants together - one plainsong, one traditional tune from the early Thomas Christian tradition in India, and one chant using the syllables of her Coptic name 'Mariham'. There will also be a guided meditation based on The Gospel of Mary. This will be a small friendly session with no singing expertise expected. Everyone welcome of any or no faith.
