Sunday School and Assembly Bangers Singalong and Quiz Night!

Take a no frills trip down memory lane and join a bunch of people putting the SING in reminiscing (just made that up!) and the FUN in fundraising - tee hee!

Hosted by Joy, host of the occasional ‘Got the Joy’ radio show on Dewsbury Christian radio station 101.8 Branch FM, and also volunteer on the Destination 211 mobile church and outreach bus.

Joy will be joined by the crew and volunteers of Destination 211, as we aim to raise £400 for this term’s diesel drive!

To add to the authenticity, Joy has not played piano for the last 20 years either, so expect an informal, fun time of laughter, nostalgia, amateur singing and sub-standard keyboard skills!

You are welcome to bring extra cash to spend on our ‘church merch’ table and upgraded refreshments, although throwback refreshments will be provided as part of your ticket price including tea, instant coffee and slightly too-diluted squash (it’s a Sunday School thing).

There may be the small chance of a very special guest attending too - OHP!! No promises though, and definitely no autographs!

Come on your own or with friends/family/ your church! Join in as little or as much as you like! We promise that a warm welcome awaits all.
