Deepening Presence and a Steady Heart: A Mindfulness Course for Coaches
Most coaches have found ways to be present with their thinker.
If you want to take that deeper, if you want your presence to be stiller deep inside your belly, if you want to be able to notice all the fluxes and changes in the coaching conversation without clinging to any of it, or pushing any of it away, if you want to be able to REST in presence, abide with EASE in presence as you coach, if you want to be receptive to anything and everything that arises, this is for you.
This experiential programme develops the inner capacities that support high-quality coaching practice. It enables you to cultivate sustained presence, emotional steadiness and refined attunement in your work with clients.
Through structured mindfulness practice, guided inquiry and applied reflection, you will strengthen your ability to remain grounded when clients bring uncertainty, strong emotion or complexity. You will learn to recognise and regulate your internal responses, hold simultaneous internal and external awareness, and maintain psychological spaciousness within coaching conversations.
We will explore attunement and the experience of “feeling felt,” deepening your capacity to cultivate trust and safety while maintaining clear professional boundaries. The programme also develops embodied awareness, supporting you to recognise and work skilfully with non-verbal communication and subtle relational cues.
In the second half of the programme, mindful awareness is explicitly integrated into coaching application. You will explore how to use mindfulness in preparation for sessions, during live coaching conversations, and in post-session reflection to support ethical presence and your ongoing professional development.
This programme is developmental rather than therapeutic in nature. Its focus is on strengthening your presence and relational capacity in service of your clients’ learning and growth.
This course is NOT about training you to offer mindfulness practices to your clients. It is about using mindfulness practices so influence how you show up as a coach.
Course Format
- This online course comprises nine live group sessions (dates are below) and three 1:1 calls with the teacher

As part of the onboarding process you are required to complete a personal history questionnaire, followed by the first 1:1 call with the teacher. Sometimes it’s not the right time or the right course for you. The teacher will explore this with you and if the course isn't suitable, a full refund will be given.
Please note we do not allow participants to miss the first session of this course
Early booking is recommended as the group will be intentionally small to support depth of learning and individual attention.
