Welcome to Gowrie

This 'Welcome to Gowrie' session is for staff who have recently joined the Gowrie community to support their induction.

Attendance in this session is compulsory for all new starters and it provides a warm welcome from our leadership team, and gives you an overview of:

• Our values, purpose, and philosophy.
• Our structure, Centres, and services.
• Our strategy and quality standards.
• Work Health and Safety.
• Pedagogy Framework.
• Leadership.

It aims to be an interactive session when you can meet members of our executive, engage in discussion, and ask questions.
