Carlton North Observation Tour- VIT Mentoring Program

Thank you for booking into Gowie Victoria Observation VIT Mentoring Tour.

As part of our mentoring program, we have organised a 2.5‑hour session to provides;

• The opportunity to observe a fully registered teacher , practice and pedagogy in an authentic setting
• Support the requirement of 2B Professional Learning in your Gowrie Evidence of Professional Practice template. 

The session includes a brief tour of the service to understand the learning context, a focused observation of teaching practice aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, and a mentor‑facilitated group reflective discussion. 

The reflection provides space to unpack observations, discuss effective teaching strategies, and identify key learnings and takeaways that can inform your own practice in general and in relation to your VIT inquiry.
