5:00 – 6:00 PM – Meet & Greet + Welcome Drink
6:00 – 7:00 PM – Introduction, music, kids’ engagement & performances
7:00 – 8:00 PM – Indian street food (included in your ticket)
8:00 – 10:00 PM – Non-stop DJ, Bollywood music & dance

• Enjoy a selection of Indian street food included in your ticket.
• Please note that allergy information will be displayed at the counter — kindly check before consuming any items.
• Drinks will be available separately from the Kiosk counter (pay directly).

• Limited Capacity: Maximum 100 guests only – we cannot exceed this number or accept last-minute entries once fully booked.

• Tickets are non-transferable.

• Cancellations: Tickets can be cancelled before 16 October 2025 by emailing info@gqunitedcc.co.uk.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this time or for non-attendance.

• Kids under 5 years: Free entry (no ticket required).

2. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately.
3. No alcohol is permitted outside the Kiosk space.
4. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed responsibly within the Kiosk area only.
5. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
6. Any damage to venue property or equipment will be the responsibility of the individual involved.
7. Event timings may vary slightly on the day depending on performances or logistics.
8. By attending, you agree that photos/videos may be taken for event highlights and social media promotion by GQ United CC, Greenford Quay, and Kiosk.
9. The organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings during the event.
10. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event, with appropriate ticket refunds issued if applicable.
