Tribe Youth & Young Adult's Annual Trip Away is back!
This is a chance to get away during the February midterm break to West Cork.
This trip is all about having time & space to hang out with friends, relax and have a bit of fun.
But most importantly giving time out of our busy lives to hear what God has to say to us.
----------------------------------------------------------
Arrival @ 6:30pm on Tuesday 16th of February.
Leave @ 1:00pm on Thursday 18th of February.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
What will we be doing?
Each day will include a bible study, small group discussions, worship, games, outdoor activities,
free time, and meals together.
What about Young Adults? (Ages 18 - 23)
This trip is for both our youth and young adults, and we’re excited to spend time away together!
Young adults will have their own dorms, separate small groups for discussion times, and their own spaces to hang out.
There’ll also be plenty of time for everyone to come together and enjoy the weekend.
We want everyone to feel included, with space to connect with people at a similar stage of life.
Do I need to be a Christian to come?
Not at all! While the trip will include times of prayer, worship, and Bible teaching,
everyone is welcome to come, explore faith, and enjoy the activities
Where will we be staying?
We’ll be staying at Faith Mission Centre in Bandon, which has dorm-style rooms with bunk beds, dining facilities, and space for activities. Boys and girls will be accommodated separately.
How do we get there?
You will need to arrange their own transport to and from the venue.
We would encourage you to speak to other families in the church on car sharing.
Will phones be allowed?
Yes, phones are allowed. However, during our evening sessions we ask everyone to place their phones in a designated area to help minimise distractions. Phones are returned immediately after the session.
This includes:
2 Nights Accommodation
Food and Activities
Bring With You
Sleeping Bag & Pillow
Old Shoes & Clothes
Over Night Toiletries and Towels
Bible, Notebook & Pen
Waterproof Jacket
