Cancellation Policy:

All tickets are strictly non-refundable. 1 ticket per person is issued, which must be presented on the day.

If cancelled within 72 hours of the booked event, the total amount paid will be non-refundable, but a name change will be allowed for the same ticket.

If cancelled more than 72 hours in advance, the following compensation apply:

• Full cancellation: a voucher equivalent to the amount paid for the cancelled person(s) will be issued and can be used towards a meal in 2024 at Level Nine Restaurant. The voucher has no cash value and any unused amount will be lost.
