CANCELLATION POLICY:

All tickets are strictly non-refundable. 1 ticket per person will be issued, which must presented on the day. If cancelled within 48 hours of the booked event, the total amount paid will be non-refundable, but a name change will be allowed for the same ticket.

If cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, the following compensations apply:

• Partial cancellation (ie 1 person): a name change and/or a voucher equivalent to the amount paid for the cancelled person (s) will be issued to be used towards drinks spent on the day of the event. The voucher has no cash value and any unused amount will be lost.
• Full cancellation (ie whole table): a voucher equivalent to the amount paid for the cancelled persons will be issued and can be used towards a meal in 2024 at Level Nine by Oliver Glowig, Il-Migiarro Restaurant or at Mediterranean Breeze Restaurant. The voucher has no cash value and any unused amount will be lost.
