• Seating is limited and is on a first come served basis, people may be required to share tables , as we want enough space for dancing.
• Photos/Video: The event will be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes.
• No alcohol is permitted to be brought in to the venue.
• The music played will be Motown, Soul ,RnB ,Reggae, Rare groove and Funk
• After purchase there will be no refunds if you cannot make it, unless the entire event is cancelled for any reason by organisers. It will be down to you to find someone to purchase your ticket.

Promotional Tickets policy:

On the occasion when free promotional tickets are advertised in any of our competitions, these rules apply:

• The winner of the competition has 24hr to claim their ticket., and the winner will lose any rights and ownership to said prize.
• the winner can assign the ticket either to themselves or someone else (names and details will need to be specified).
• Once the ticket is claimed and assigned then any resale or transfers of said ticket are prohibited.
• In addition, there are no refunds for promotional tickets.
