At our March luncheon meeting Richard “Rick” Caswell was selected by acclamation as our new Commander! A member since 2011, we were all delighted when Rick responded to Cdr. Rich Terry’s request for someone to assume leadership of Great Blue Hill.

Our intent was to have our CoW at the District 34 annual Founder’s Day Event in May. For reasons unknown that event never happened. New District 34 Cdr. Dave Jones often travels out of the country so our communications with him have been “a bit spotty”. In order to give Rick and our Club a timely start to his tenure we decided to schedule the CoW in hopes that DC Jones’ schedule will allow him to join us and officiate. If he is unavailable it is probable that PDC Valentins Bizunok will conduct the ceremony.

Although there is no luncheon charge for GBH members and their spouses, we still need you to SELECT TICKETS by Sunday  8/30 so that we can give Conrad's a count .  For other guests, non-members and members who register after 8/30 the price is $30.
