Yoga with Lorraine Ereira
As part of a new series of Head, Heart & Health learning, the Great Green Barn will host a one-hour-long Yoga session each Wednesday morning (excluding some school holidays and all of January).
10.15am – 11.15am: Yoga with Lorraine Ereira (one hour)

YOGA
Lorraine Ereira, an experienced clinical Sports Therapist who has been teaching yoga for over ten years will be running weekly yoga sessions at the Great Green Barn. Each weekly session lasts one hour.
Lorraine has developed her Yoga classes, drawing on her clinical knowledge and expertise blending this with yoga tuition. Her unique way of teaching yoga brings Lorraine’s students into a much deeper understanding of their own bodies, helping them to become stronger, more flexible and posturally aligned.
Classes are suitable both for beginners who will learn to set up a strong physiological foundation for practice and for those who already have a basic level of practice though want to develop further.
Participant Information
Please wear comfortable loose clothing, sportswear (shirts, leggings, shorts etc) suitable for each activity. Please also bring your own exercise mat and two cushions. Water will be available.
