Greenacres Celebration Concert

A Reason to Celebrate

The Cincinnati Pops, Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati May Festival come together once again at Greenacres to Celebrate! The Celebration Concert started as a 100th birthday celebration for Mrs. Louise Dieterle Nippert, and continues as a celebration of her memory, legacy, and continued support of the Cincinnati arts scene. The performance will take place in the Grand Tent at the Greenacres Arts Center and will last for approximately 1 hour.

Timeline

5:30pm - VIP Cocktail Hour Begins 
6:30pm - General Admission Cocktail Hour Begins (Open Bar Closes) 
7:00pm - Begin Seating for the Performance 
7:30pm - Concert Begins (Bars Close) 
8:45pm - Concert Ends 

Tickets

There are three types of tickets for this year's Celebration Concert. We will have VIP tickets, Grand Tent General Admission, and Tented Lawn General Admission.

VIP Tickets - $100

With the purchase of a VIP ticket you get an exclusive cocktail hour in the gorgeous gardens of the Greenacres Arts Center from 5:30pm-6:30pm. During this time you can enjoy passed appetizers, open bar, early access to seat selection and a photo opportunity with John Morris Russell, conductor of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra. Once the VIP cocktail hour ends, General Admission ticket holders will join you in the gardens for another hour of mingling and fun. The bars will then switch to cash bar and passed appetizers will no longer be offered after 6:30pm. If you also purchased pre-ordered meals and snacks, pickup will be available at any time during the VIP or General Admission cocktail hours.

Grand Tent General Admission Tickets - $40

With the purchase of a Grand Tent General Admission ticket you will have access to a pre-event cocktail hour starting at 6:30pm. During this cocktail hour you will have access to roam about the gardens, cash bar, and time to pick up your pre-ordered meals. You will select your seat from inside the Grand Tent space. Early admission will not be accommodated.

Tented Lawn General Admission Tickets - $30

With the purchase of a Tented Lawn General Admission ticket you will have access to a pre-event cocktail hour starting at 6:30pm. During this cocktail hour you will have access to roam about the gardens, cash bar, and time to pick up your pre-ordered meals. You will select your seat from inside the Tented Lawn space. Early admission will not be accommodated.

Please note that no outside food or drink will be permitted at this event. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and due to limited capacity, walk-ins will not be accepted. Refunds, exchanges, and ticket transfers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cheese & Charcuterie Box: Cheese, meats, & pickled vegetables served with fresh grapes, strawberries, mixed nuts and gluten free crackers (gluten free) $22 + Sales Tax

Greenacres Crudité & Hummus Box: A variety of vegetables served with roasted carrot & chipotle hummus (vegan, gluten free) $8.50+sales tax

Dessert Box: Contains 5 two-bite desserts $5.00 + Sales Tax

Grilled Vegetable Wrap: Zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, greens & fresh basil pesto vinaigrette wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Served with Saratoga chips, clementine & Callebaut chocolate chip cookie (vegetarian) $20 + Sales Tax

Turkey Club Wrap: Herb roasted turkey, double smoked bacon, greens & tomato herbed Boursin wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with Saratoga chips, clementine, & Callebaut chocolate chip cookie $21 + Sales Tax

Beef Tenderloin Sandwich: Beef Tenderloin Sandwich with horseradish cream & greens, served with Saratoga chips, clementine & Callebaut chocolate chip cookie $22 + Sales Tax

Attire

As this event takes place outside, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably for the weather. If you prefer to wear a sport coat or a dress, you are welcome to do so. If jeans or shorts are more your style, that's acceptable as well! Come ready to enjoy the evening.

Weather Policy

This event will take place rain or shine under a tented venue. If weather conditions are unsafe or too extreme, the event may be canceled or rescheduled. Guests who opt in to receive SMS updates at checkout will be notified of any weather-related changes by text.
