New ASB Tools and Powers Training Series - the Crime and Policing Act 2026

These training sessions are designed to support practitioners in understanding and preparing for the introduction of new and updated ASB powers under the Crime and Policing Act. The sessions will be delivered in line with implementation of the legislation, ensuring content reflects the final provisions and supporting guidance. The sessions will focus on how the new powers sit within the wider ASB framework and how they can be applied in practice, with emphasis on basic principles, evidential considerations and effective case management.

*Please note: at G&B ASB Associates we always ensure you get maximum value from our training. We are committed to only delivering this session once the Bill has Royal Assent and there is no risk of further amendments. We have scheduled this training for when Royal Assent is currently expected. Should this change, we will work with those booked to schedule a new date. 

Respect Orders (Half Day) 19th November, 9:30am-12:30pm

This session will explore the intended purpose and structure of Respect Orders and where they sit within the wider ASB toolkit. It will examine the principles underpinning their use, the types of behaviours and scenarios they are likely to address, and how they are expected to complement existing early intervention and enforcement approaches. 

The session will also focus on decision-making considerations, evidential requirements, and practical application.
