The Green Communities project have been supporting Generous Earth in Central Park to create an amazing community growing space.
Generous Earth is a composting project set up to create a network of local community composters in Plymouth that can turn our food waste into beautiful compost. Our aim is to showcase and encourage composting on different scales so everyone can do it!
We do all sorts from...

- Growing veggies for the community to share
- Running workshops around woodchip, slugs, compost teas and lots more!
- Family sessions such as natural crafts and games
- Gardening
- Wildflower and grass identification sessions
- Co design and permaculture workshops
