Join us for a fun and creative evening combining Plant Bingo with Pottery Painting at My Poterie in Lakeway.

What Your Plant Bingo Ticket Includes

• Admission to the Plant Bingo event
• 5 fun rounds of Plant Bingo
• Bingo card and game materials
• Opportunity to win beautiful plant prizes
• A fun and social community experience
• Consolation plant for guests who do not win a Bingo round, so no one leaves empty-handed
• Extra bingo cards can be purchased at the venue for $5.

What Is Not Included

• Pottery pieces are not included in the Plant Bingo ticket price
• Guests may select and purchase their preferred pottery piece directly from My Poterie
• Any pottery-related purchases or additional charges are paid directly to My Poterie

Pottery Painting

After Plant Bingo, guests can browse the pottery selection and choose any available piece they would like to paint (Optional)

Your pottery piece will be purchased directly from My Poterie.

Once your artwork is complete, My Poterie will glaze and fire your pottery. Finished pieces are generally ready for pickup approximately one week after the event.

Photography & Social Media Notice

Photos and short videos may be taken during the event for Green Gathering Club’s social media, website, and future event promotions.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know in advance or inform us when you arrive at the event. We will be happy to honor your request.

Important Information

Please arrive a little early so you have time to check in, get settled, and be ready when Plant Bingo begins at 6:30 PM.

Pottery selection is subject to availability at My Poterie on the day of the event.

Please be respectful of the venue, other guests, and the pottery studio throughout the evening.
