Trail Assessment & Maintenance Workshop:

Join Lorne Currier, Green Mountain Club Volunteer & Education Coordinator, for a hands-on workshop focused on hiking trail assessment and maintenance. Participants will learn practical skills in tread and corridor maintenance, sustainable trail design, drainage, trail structures, blazing and signage, tool use, volunteer management, and user stewardship. Open to professional and volunteer trail managers from Central Vermont and beyond, this workshop is a great opportunity to build technical trail skills while connecting with fellow trail stewards. 

We will pick a location later in the summer and communicate that to registrants. It will be geographically somewhere between Rt. 17/App Gap and Johnson, VT.
