The People vs Climate Change - film screening and discussion

UK has made big promises about reducing our impact on the planet, but getting there means huge changes to our everyday lives.

In this surprising documentary, we follow 7 members of the UK’s first ever Citizen's Assembly on Climate Change, where 108 ordinary people are tasked with deciding what we should do to meet our climate change goals.

This film screening will be followed by a discussion on democracy and how it can be shaped to better represent the people.

This is a free event organised by the local Greenpeace group. Donation will be welcome to cover venue fees.
